Managing Partner
Mr. Koehl serves as Managing Partner of Allegiance Oil & Gas following 15 years of mineral & royalty acquisition experience at Anthem Oil & Gas, most recently as CEO of AOG Permian, Inc., the active mineral-purchasing arm of Anthem. During his career, Mr. Koehl has overseen nearly $300MM in mineral acquisitions across the United States. Before entering the oil & gas industry, Mr. Koehl enjoyed a brief NFL career, which followed 4 years playing football at the University of Houston on a full athletic scholarship. Mr. Koehl is a native of Midland, Texas, where he played on the 2002 Midland High Bulldogs State Finalist team.
Managing Partner
Mr. Morgan serves as Managing Partner of Allegiance Oil & Gas following a career at Google, and, more recently, 10 years experience consulting in technology & business process outsourcing for the oil & gas industry. Mr. Morgan has led the development of proprietary systems which have been integral to the sourcing & fair valuation of nearly $150MM in mineral acquisition opportunities. Mr. Morgan is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, where he received an academic scholarship to obtain his degrees in Business Honors & Finance. He is a native of Midland, Texas.
Program Manager, Mineral Acquisitions
Ms. Reeves serves as Program Manager at Allegiance Oil & Gas following 8 years at Salem Lutheran School in Tomball, Texas. A native Texan, Ms. Reeves was raised in Tomball, Texas and received a scholarship to play soccer at the University of Incarnate Word in San Antonio. The following year she transferred to Sam Houston State University and continued playing soccer on scholarship while continuing her studies. After college, Kate traveled extensively and lived on both the east and west coasts, before returning to her hometown. Kate still resides in her hometown of Tomball, Texas and thoroughly enjoys being outdoors as well as spending time with her family and friends.
Chief Investment Officer
Mr. Wyatt leads the Business Intelligence & Valuation team at Allegiance Oil & Gas following 10 years experience in the oil & gas industry. His diverse career in energy finance has included extensive experience in acquisition valuation, energy portfolio management, and commodity price hedging. Mr. Wyatt graduated as a four year letterman in golf from the University of Nebraska in 2012, obtaining degrees in Economics and Finance. He is a native of Lake Forest, Illinois.
Director of Valuation
Mr. Apoorv leads all valuation efforts at Allegiance Oil & Gas. He has served in similar roles over the past 10 years, developing a deep familiarity with mineral properties throughout the United States. Prior to oil & gas, Mr. Apoorv was an advisor for Investment Banking firms involved in the Renewable Energy industry. He holds a Master's degree in Finance as well as a Bachelor's degree in Technology.
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Bhandari serves as a Chief Technology Officer for Allegiance Oil & Gas, having worked exclusively in software development for most of the past 6 years. Mr. Bhandari is a self-taught developer, having identified the immense potential for application of business process automation while working as a Royalty Analyst in the Finance and Royalty divisions of multiple companies in the Energy & Education sectors. He holds a Master's degree in Finance as well as a Bachelor's degree in Commerce.
Director of Property Management
Mrs. McGraw serves as Director Of Property Management for Allegiance Oil & Gas, following 7 years of experience in mineral & royalty acquisitions at Anthem Oil & Gas. During her career at Anthem, she served as the liaison between Anthem and their partner companies, while keeping the books for their various entities. Mrs. McGraw graduated from the University of Texas at the Permian Basin in 2012 with a Bachelors in Energy Finance.
Controller
Mrs. Khandelwal is a Chartered Accountant and serves as Controller for Allegiance. She began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she dealt with various global clients handling financial statement review including technical analysis, controls testing, & fund audits, ultimately leading the audit team. During her career she has also acted as a consultant to various clients and has accumulated over a decade of experience handling audit, taxation, and corporate affairs.
